Have you ever felt like you weren't sure what your next step was? Do you know what its like to want help, but not know exactly where to go for it? Do you know that you have the answers you just can't seem to find them? Do you want more tools and resources to help you be successful in your life?
My name is Laren Lowder, and I am a life mentor. I help people develop, define, and live their dreams. I am so thankful for those of you who already have worked with me, and might be choosing life mentoring as an option. I feel even more blessed to have some of you who are reading this who don't know me. I honor you in your pursuit of happiness and hope that we will be able to work together.
What is life mentoring? Why could it be a solution for you? Life Mentoring is simply a tool that will help you come to the "next" of whatever it is you are working on. Lets say you want better relationships, I help you to find the definition of what you want and how you want it to look. We then come up with an action plan, and I help you through each action by weekly meetings.
Life Mentoring could be a solution for you if you are looking for: Help deciding what you want, Help with making those first steps in the direction you have already defined, if you are feeling stuck in the middle of your dream, if you feel like you are about ready to end a current dream and are looking for a new one.
I am going to share some of my experiences with you now, and hope that you will understand a little bit about who I am.
I come from a very intense background. My parents did the best they knew how in raising me and my five siblings. They were not perfect, and many things happened because of their ignorance that they never intended to happen. From these rather rough beginnings, I found it hard to excel in anything, but I knew that I loved people. I wanted to make a difference in the world. As I grew up I realized I had to change my life first, before I could help the world become a better place. As a teenager I blamed everyone for everything but couldn't seem to feel like it was my fault. I didn't like the way I felt when I blamed someone else, so I began reading every self help book I could get my hands on. I accepted the accountability that was mine, and worked diligently to forgive those who had hurt me so much. I went through the loss of a Father to death, the loss of a Mother to misunderstanding. I try to do the best I know how. More than anything in my life I wanted to be a healthy functioning adult. I wanted to have a life that I loved living. I gained this life, it took me a while, but I am finally in a place doing what I love, which is helping people live their lives!
Through my many experiences, I have come to realize one basic truth: All of the self help tools and resources out there in the world are designed for one purpose, to help an individual create their own way out of the negative things they have been given, and reinforce the positive attributes they possess. One set of tools might not work for all people. That is where I come in. I have read many things and my job is to be the tool box. I have many resources to help you get to the next step and live the life YOU have been waiting to live.
I hope that in your lifetime I will not be your only mentor. I hope that you will have many, many people who influence your life. I hope you find many different styles of people to work with, and that your ultimate goal is truth about yourself and the world around you. I would hope that you would allow these people to be compensated for their time and effort. I am thankful for the many styles of those who just want to help other people.
Now, I would ask you to consider coming to be in my world. Look around my blog. See if it feels right. Email me with questions. I would invite you to enjoy the view that I have of this life, and to maybe add to your greatness just a little. I intend on learning with you, for you, and about you. I hope that this is the best course for you at this time. I wish you all the best on wherever life's road may take you!
Always,
Laren Lowder
